Coratech® Slimline 60 Shower trays sit just 60mm above the floor. They offer the most attractive installation where the plumbing connection can be recessed into the floor. Each model has been carefully sculpted with subtle angled sides and a shallow sloping circular or elliptical recess. And it’s these superb design features which provide truly efficient drainage through the equally stylish top access 90mm chrome domed trap.
For site conditions, such as solid floors, where the plumbing connections cannot be recessed into the floor, a tiled plinth can be constructed to conceal the plumbing. The Coratech® Slimline 60 Showertray can then be installed on top of the plinth
A Coratech® Riser Showertray offers an easier, lower cost alternative to building a plinth, because the plumbing connections are concealed beneath the 220mm high tray, which offers easy access via removable panels
Revolutionary Coratech® Resin Shower Trays
Coratech® is a unique resin formulation developed by Coram for use in their shower trays. It has all the strength of traditional ‘stone resin’ shower trays but without the excessive weight.
A shower tray doesn’t need to be heavy to stop it moving
Why risk injury by lifting trays that are unnecessarily heavy?
We all know that even the slightest movement of a shower tray after installation will lead to expensive water leaks. That’s why Coram’s Coratech® trays are absolutely rigid and designed to be fixed in a way which will ensure that there can be no possible movement. The standard trays have adjustable feet, which can be securely screwed to the floor, whilst the slimline trays are bonded to the floor by large fixing pads and the entire rim of the tray.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that the maximum that is safe for one person to lift unassisted is 25kgs. Most stone resin trays are above this limit and so should be lifted by two people.
Coram’s entire range of trays on the other hand have all been designed to be below 25kgs, so the entire range is ‘safe’ for one person to lift and install.
Quick-fit in less than 20 minutes
The most sturdy legs and feet
The shower tray is supplied with factory fitted legs. You simply screw in the hexagonal feet, which can then be simply adjusted by hand to level the tray and the angled screw holes make the feet easy to fix in position.
Rigid easy to trim panels
Unlike many other trays, which have flimsy plastic panels that are difficult to cut, Coram’s rigid panels are easy to trim to size.

The best panel fixing
The panels are attached with specially designed push-on spring clips that are screw fixed to the back of the panels. These provide the fastest and neatest installation that is far superior to other types of shower tray, which have unsightly corner joints and flimsy, poorly fitting plastic panels that need to be fixed with sealant.
The height can be reduced
The height of the tray can be reduced by up to 30mm by using a trap with a 19mm water seal, fully winding in the legs and trimming the side panels.
