If you would like to collect goods from our warehouse, this is certainly possible. Payment must be made at the warehouse at the time of collection as we are not able to take online payments for warehouse collections. We strongly advise that before making a journey you arrange the collection and check stock availability with us before setting out.
No, we do not believe in coupons or vouchers as it means that not everybody will benefit from the best price all of the time. Neither do we believe in endless sales or other cheap gimmicks that some other online retailers seem to do. We believe that it is better to be honest and simply provide the best possible price.
Due to our huge range of items in stock we are not able to send out brochures large enough to cover all of these items. We do however have a brochure section on the website where you can view and download brochures individually from our manufacturers.
Yes, because we have been selling bathrooms for over forty years we have been around long before the internet was established. We have a physical 15,000 square feet warehouse based in Birmingham, as well as a substantial showroom displaying a selection of our stock. However as we sell thousands of different products online we are not able to display every item. Please call us in advance if you are intending to visit and wish to see any specific item.
We deliver domestically to the UK mainland. Smaller items can be delivered to more remote areas covered by Parcel Force but in some instances may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for further help.
We take all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Direct Bank Transfer and Cheques.
Due to our extensive stocks and the fact that we do not show everything we offer on the website, we are not able to show actual stock positions for every item online. However the lead times shown against each product are generally accurate. If you are quite specific about when you require the goods please contact us and we can advise on availability.
Large item orders are always prearranged with you before delivery, and once agreed you must be home to receive the delivery. Parcels and smaller items will be sent out within the time scale shown on the product information, and if you are not in a card will be left with information on how to either have the item redelivered or collected.
Yes – The price you see is the price you pay. We show only one price and this includes the VAT at the current rate. A VAT invoice is provided on purchase of goods
If you have a requirement for multiple items or are a builder or contractor that requires the same items or repeat orders please contact us on 0121 603 8232 and we can discuss this in person.
Delivery costs vary with the size of the item and the location of the customer. The costs are indicated against each product.
You can make a specific date request at the time of order in the message box when making the payment.
Estimated delivery times vary but are listed beside each product. Please check with us before ordering if your delivery requirements are time critical.
We do not offer an online tracking facility but you are always kept informed of progress, and you can always contact us to check on your delivery. Large items are always pre-booked in with you so you will know when to expect them.

Please note that we endeavour to offer the most competitive prices possible, but on some items due to manufacturer advertising restrictions our advertised selling price may not be as low as we would like to show. This does not mean that this is always the best deal that we can do. If you have seen any product elsewhere cheaper than our advertised price, please contact us, and we will try our best to match or beat it! Also, remember when choosing us, that we are 100% official stockists of all products and all our products come with a minimum full UK one year warranty (and in many instances considerably more) as supplied by the manufacturer.
You can cancel or change an order at any time before dispatch. We ask that you send this request in to email@example.com via e-mail. If the items have already been dispatched you are covered by our returns policy. Please note that bespoke made to measure shower enclosures cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Invoices are sent out via e-mail in a PDF format once an order has been confirmed. If however you have accidentally deleted the e-mail we can easily send it again, just contact us by phone or email and we will send it out again to the e-mail address we hold on record.

We are able to supply spare parts for most of the items we sell. We also stock a huge number of different parts for a huge range of bathroom items
