Once the Airmatic function is activated the intelligent sensor system detects the quantity and quality of the fumes produced by the cooking and sets the most suitable power level.
The special Bridge Zones can work both individually or combined for a more homogeneous cooking using both baking pans and large pots. Thanks to this technology it is the hob surface which adapts itself to the type of pots being used.
Pan detection lets you know when a zone is on but not being used and automatically turns on a zone when it detects a pot.
The filter is suitable for the most challenging of cooking environments; with superior ability to filter and purify the air the filter is capable of achieving filtering thresholds of 82% against the market average of 60%.
Stop&Go - if you are interrupted whilst cooking for whatever reason then with just a single movement pressing the Stop&Go button you can switch off all the zones and walk away with complete confidence of safety. The hob will then remember your settings when you return.
